 The Course

The SCG course

Stadium Stomp SCG boasts the most dynamic course route of all our stomp events.  The full course will comprise one lap of the SCG and one lap of Allianz Stadium with the route ending in a full lap of the SCG oval.

This event is open to all levels of fitness.  There will be rest stops along the way, drink stations scattered throughout the course and music to keep you going.

Full Course - The estimated number of steps for the full course incorporating both the SCG and Allianz Stadium is approximately 6,300 steps and will take anywhere from 40 minutes to 70 minutes to complete depending on your fitness level. Stomping will start within the MA Noble stand of the SCG and you'll stomp your way through several stands before heading across to Allianz Stadium to stomp some more. You'll then return to the SCG to complete the remaining stands and finish with a celebration lap of the SCG oval.

Half Course - There is no half course option for Stadium Stomp SCG

What to watch out for:

It's a concrete jungle out there!  As with all our stadiums, the SCG course is full of twists and turns.  Stairs will vary in height, width, gradient and the number of stairs per aisle depending on where you are climbing within the SCG or Allianz Stadium. Be careful, extra care is required with descent so please pay attention to signage, course marshals and our stomping rules

The steepest part of the climb will be in the upper decks of the SCG.  Lower decks will be the easiest part of the course with a milder gradient and wide, shallow steps.
